Shannon Baylor

EVERY KIDDESERVESTO PLAY.

Not every kid gets the chance. I'm building until that changes.

I'm Shannon Baylor — founder, builder, and someone who ran youth sports programs across 23 zip codes before building a single app.

I've run the field. Now I build the systems.

I spent a decade directing youth sports programs — managing 23 zip codes, coordinating hundreds of coaches, building the operational systems that kept everything from falling apart on opening day.

Now I bring that same inside knowledge to sports contractors, leagues, and facilities who need someone who already speaks the language.

Work with me

One problem. Four tools.

Every build points at the same thing — closing the gap between the kids who play and the kids who can't find their way in. Klubbi, Let's Play Houston, Sideline Assist, Full Circle Sports.

Marketplace

Klubbi

Find youth sports programs near you — finally.

Families spend hours Googling youth sports programs and hoping something shows up. Programs spend just as much time trying to get found. Klubbi is the marketplace that connects them — searchable by sport, age group, location, and cost. Built for Houston first, designed to scale everywhere.

In active development
When a family in an underserved zip code can find a program they didn't know existed, that's the access gap closing in real time.
Discount Card

Let's Play, Houston

Because finding the program is only half the problem.

Cost is one of the biggest reasons kids don't play. The Let's Play, Houston discount card reduces registration fees and program costs for Houston families — making the programs that exist actually accessible to the families who need them most.

In active development
Access isn't just about discovery. It's about affordability. This is the financial equity piece made tangible.

App

Sideline Assist

For the parent managing three kids, four schedules, and a job.

Most youth sports apps are built for coaches and administrators. Nobody built one for the parent in the stands juggling it all. Sideline Assist is a sports planning app built for families — schedules, logistics, and everything in between, in one place.

In active development
Reducing friction for families already in the system — especially working parents and single parents managing a lot. Easier participation means more participation.

Registered Nonprofit

Full Circle Sports

The mission in its purest form.

Full Circle Sports is a registered nonprofit organization advocating for equal access to youth sports — regardless of zip code, income, or circumstance. It's the foundation that holds everything else together. The research, the advocacy, the evidence base for why this work matters, and the long-term home for the mission when the products do their job.

Registered nonprofit — active
This isn't a product. It's the why behind all of them.

This week — current state

Okay so I'm in full freeze mode today and I'm going to tell on myself. I have 4,000+ youth sports organizations in the Klubbi database. Sounds great! It is not currently great!

I watched families who couldn't find programs. I watched programs that couldn't find families. The gap between them wasn't passion — it was infrastructure. So I started building it.

Whole heart, whole brain, occasional kitchen dance. 🤍
